CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT in Madrid – Norwegian, Danish, Dutch OR French with English

The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows:

  • You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers.
  • You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
  • You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
  • You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.
  • Support in different areas, including administration tasks.

We are looking for you if:

  • You have excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills  bilingual and/or native in Norwegian or Danish or Dutch or French.
  • You have previously worked in customer service positions, call centers, customer service...
  • You are able to travel to our offices to attend the training period.
  • You have availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
  • You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
  • You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills
