Are you our new CRM Product Expert?

As part of our team, you will be involved in migrating the present CRM system into the new SalesForce environment. Your main tasks will be:

 

  • Finding existing internal and external CRM users, and engaging them in the SalesForce implementation through discovery and validation phases;

  • Hosting local workshops or focus groups to understand and define CRM use cases to adjust market specific business processes;

  • Understanding how our customer's dealers work with B2B customer data - this will include dealer visits;

  • Ensuring market specific legal compliance and Data Privacy standards.

 

Who are you?

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal CRM Product Expert has:

 

  • Knowledge of existing tools/applications that will interface or feed into Salesforce (GBMS, GFIN / SCA-C, other instances of Salesforce, GCTT Case Management Tool, GOLDD / DID)

  • Business analyses and application testing experience

  • Project Management skills

  • Experience in automotive, especially in B2B sales and aftersales will be a plus

  • Computer literacy, especially advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Full Italian proficiency and fluent English

 

Working pattern

Monday-Friday

40 hours per week

Field activity on demand throughout the country
