MSX International is recruiting a researcher to join our organization and be part of our team in Warwick.

The Role

As a Researcher you will be interacting with Dealers and the aftermarket, ascertaining pricing on parts and labour.

As part of the role, your responsibilities will include :-

• Outbound calling
• Market research of automotive spare parts at Approved Dealers and Independent Garages
• Maintain in-house databases.

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with good negation and communication skills. Our ideal Contact Executive has a friendly personality, as well as:

• You will be fluent in French
• You will be a reliable, conscientious, and enthusiastic individual who can work on their own initiative
• Experienced in contact centre
• An understanding of automotive aftersales / trade would be a significant advantage but not essential
